HSI Student Ambassador
The HSI Student Ambassador serves as a peer leader who supports outreach, engagement, and student success initiatives aligned with Las Positas College’s Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) goals. Student Ambassadors are peer leaders who represent LPC by connecting prospective and current students with campus services and educational opportunities. They help foster a welcoming, inclusive, and equity focused campus environment, particularly for disproportionately impacted students.

Required Qualifications
Overall GPA of 2.0
Must be Enrolled in at Least 6 Units Each Semester of Employment
Commit to Working 10 Hours a Week During the School Year 2026-27
Available July 2026 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 10-2pm
Available on Mondays from 1pm to 3pm During Fall 2026 & Spring 2027 Semesters
Desired Qualifications

Good Understanding of Microsoft Products
Knowledgeable in Using Zoom Type Video Platforms
